DAI worked in the Mtwara region of Tanzania to analyze the demand and supply for local suppliers in key supply chains in the gas industry, partnering with ExxonMobil, British Gas, and Statoil. The project, co-funded by the World Bank and the U.K. Department for International Development, involved extensive stakeholder facilitation with key counterparts in the Government of Tanzania, including the Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation and local authorities.
